Returns and exchanges policy

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
BIKINIS 5H thoroughly inspects all of its products before shipping them and guarantees their quality. In any case, if you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us by email at infobikinis5h@gmail.com so that we can solve the problem.
SHIPPING
Each order leaves our warehouse in its own bag and packed with great care. If the package containing your order is damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and contact us at infobikinis5h@gmail.com indicating the order number in the subject line so that we can verify the merchandise with the post office before delivering it.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you loved your bikini, but we understand if you want to exchange it. If you want to change the size or model, you have 15 days from receiving the order to manage the exchange in our showroom in Barcelona from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (exchange of garment subject to stock).
You can also return the item by mail and in exchange you will receive a credit note for the value of the item(s) to be consumed in our online shop within 30 days.
The procedure is detailed below:
You can exchange any product within 15 days of receipt and obtain a credit note for the value of the item(s). You can also return the items and we will send you a credit note for the value of the same so that you can exchange it in our online shop for the same product or any other.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
Products must be unused, unscented, unstained, unwashed, with their label attached and in their corresponding packaging.
Please note that you can change your order only once. The credit note will not include the shipping cost of the order that you originally paid with your purchase. If the returned items do not meet the above requirements, they may be sent again for an additional cost, to be paid by the customer.
RETURN STEPS:
  1. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order via email at infobikinis5h@gmail.com or by phone at +34603551344 to let us know the reason for the change.
  2. Place the garments inside the package you will use to send the return to us. It is important that you follow these steps so that we can quickly identify your order and avoid delays.
  3. Bikinis 5H will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
To send us the return, you can go to the nearest post office or request collection via the web.

Once payment has been made and accreditation confirmed, you can print the label, stick it on the package and take it to the branch or request a label print and collection at your address.
Once we receive the order in our warehouse, we will carry out a quality control. If the returned items do not meet the requirements (see above), they may be sent again for an additional cost, to be paid by the customer. If the quality control is satisfactory, a credit note will be issued to the customer with a code that will be notified by email so that it can be redeemed in our online shop within 30 calendar days.
Products purchased on sale or other promotions cannot be exchanged or returned.
